Accounts on the 799pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled at rates determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. Odds on live markets change rapidly and reflect real-time event conditions. 799pkr reserves the right to suspend or void live bets where there is a system error, data feed failure, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest error in odds is identified; the bet was placed on an incorrect market; or in any other circumstance outlined in the specific product rules. 799pkr's determination on void bets shall be final.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per sport or game category. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. 799pkr reserves the right to limit or restrict payouts in excess of these amounts, irrespective of the odds displayed at the time a bet was placed.
From time to time, 799pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
Example: A bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Specific multipliers vary by promotion.
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets across platforms, or systematically exploiting offer structures — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure. 799pkr reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time.
Free bet credits must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused free bets will expire automatically at the end of the validity period. Winnings from free bets are credited as withdrawable cash unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

799pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruption, or free of technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and factors outside our control may affect Platform availability.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 799pkr support. Closure of an Account does not automatically entitle you to withdrawal of any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
799pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to legal or regulatory risk.
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding bets and the deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 799pkr is licensed and incorporated.
